REFUNDS/STORE-CREDIT
Please note that when you are placing an order with us we are unable to offer store refunds
at this time.
SALE ITEMS
Please note that all sale items are final. No refunds, exchanges or store credits will be available to you once your item has been purchased.
EXCHANGES
If you have had a change of heart, would like a size change or design change we offer exchanges or store credits for unworn swimwear and clothing, permitting that all the below requirements can be met:
The item/s is unworn and unwashed in its original packaging with the original tags still attached including the hygiene stickers.
A receipt of purchase can be provided upon the request for an exchange/store credit.
The Khami team are notified within 7 days of purchase that an exchange/store credit is required.
The item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
These requirements are to be met in order for a store credit or exchange to be granted. If any are left unsatisfied, we have the right to refuse the return.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping
charges are non-refundable.
Please contact khamiswim@outlook.com for any exchange or store credit requests. We will attempt to respond within 48 hours.We do advise that you keep track of your shipped item as we are not liable for any parcels that are lost/stolenand or damaged.
Store credit limits are valid for 4 years from the date that your store credit is given.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact khamiswim@outlook.com
Immediately.
Upon contacting us please provide receipts of your purchase along with photographic evidence of the damaged product. It is then our discretion to provide you with a refund or store credit if it is
appropriate.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Please ensure that all of your details are correct as we are unable to cancel orders or change orders once they have been confirmed.
SHIPPING
Shipping is available worldwide. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched. All domestic orders are shipped through Australia Post with the option of standard (2-6 business days) or express (1-3 business days).
All internationals orders will be shipped through DHL with the option of express or standard shipping. Please note that all countries have different laws & regulations regarding the importation of products and taxes. Orders dispatched to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import fees of which we have no control over and are unable to provide estimates of, as they differ widely from country to country.
Khamì Swim cannot take any responsibility for the payment of import fees, taxes or other associated import costs to any country, as these costs are the responsibility of the receiver. If you have any questions we recommend you contact your local Customs office for current charges before placing your order.
